1. Service Description

JobMatched is an AI-powered resume tailoring tool. You provide your resume and a job description, and we suggest how to rephrase your existing experience to better match the role. We never fabricate experience, credentials, or skills you do not have.

2. Account Terms

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use JobMatched.
  • One account per person. Do not share your credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Provide accurate information — do not impersonate others.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service to create fraudulent or misleading resumes.
  • Automate access via bots, scrapers, or other programmatic means without permission.
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service.
  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a monthly or yearly basis. Credit packs are one-time purchases.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@jobmatched.ai.

5. Intellectual Property

Your content: You own your resumes, cover letters, and any content you upload. We claim no ownership over your content.

Our platform: The JobMatched name, logo, code, design, and AI models are our property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them.

6. AI-Generated Suggestions

Our AI provides suggestions based on your existing experience. You are responsible for reviewing all suggestions before using them. JobMatched does not guarantee that tailored resumes will result in interviews or job offers.

7. Limitation of Liability

JobMatched is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings, which permanently removes all your data.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
